Samsung Galaxy M30s in the works with powerful hardware and camera compared to Galaxy M30

Galaxy M30

Samsung is on a roll of late. The South Korean smartphone manufacturer has launched several smartphones in India in the last few months, the latest one being the Samsung Galaxy M40. Back in the month of February Samsung launched the Galaxy M30 — toned down version of the M40. Looks like Samsung is now working on another smartphone that will bridge the gap between the M30 and M40. The latest report suggests the phone will be called the Samsung Galaxy M30s.

Recently, Samsung has launched several M and A series smartphones in India. According to an exclusive report by Sammobile Samsung is working on a high-end version of the Samsung Galaxy M30 aka Galaxy M30s. The report suggests that the Galaxy M30s will come packed with better and powerful specs when compared to the Galaxy M30. The report has also revealed that the new variant of the M30 will come with model number SM-M305F.

This new model of the Samsung Galaxy M30 is expected to be a high-end version of the Galaxy M30 and toned down version of the newly launched Galaxy M40. This also means that the M30s will be expensive when compared to the M30 but cheaper when compared to the M40. The report also suggests that the new Galaxy M30s will come with better hardware specs, an improved camera setup on both front and back and run on One UI 1.1 based Android 9 Pie OS onboard. The report also suggests that the new Samsung Galaxy M30s will come in two storage versions – 64GB and 128GB storage.

In addition to M series phones, past rumours have revealed that Samsung is working on several A series smartphones like the Galaxy A20s, Galaxy A30s and Galaxy A70s to launch later this year. One of the latest report suggested that the Galaxy A30s will come in three colour options — black, white and lavender. Considering Samsung has been playing around with various colours off late we expect the Galaxy A30s to be available in some other funky colours too.

Notably, as of now, there are no official words from the company yet on these A series device. However, if the Galaxy A series phones turn out to be a reality we expect them to hit the Indian market too considering India is an important market for the South Korean smartphone manufacturer. As for the M30s, Samsung hasn’t revealed any specs details or the launch timeline of the phone.
